Please choose an address where someone can receive the package and provide a reachable telephone contact. The courier will make a maximum of 2 delivery attempts; thereafter, the package will be returned to the sender. In the event of a second delivery, the costs will always be borne by the sender.

For shipments to VENICE OR MINOR ISLANDS, the shipping cost is €16.00. In this case, we will contact the buyer for further payment.

For shipments to EU or NON-EU countries, the shipping cost will vary based on the destination country, plus any customs fees.
Return Policy
The RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL does not apply by law to orders for which an invoice with VAT has been requested and does not apply to products with an unbroken SIAE seal. It is not possible to withdraw from the purchase of digital products or in case of international shipping.

AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY of the goods, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered.

If the packaging shows the slightest sign of damage and/or the number of packages delivered is different from what was expected, the Customer must immediately contest the discrepancies to the courier. For this purpose, it is necessary to write "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION" on the courier's delivery receipt, indicating the reason for this reservation.

Every courier is obliged to accept reservations. In case the courier does not agree to accept the reservation, it is strongly recommended that the Customer contact GLS by phone in the presence of the courier.

In case the packaging shows external damage (holes, folds, dents, cuts, openings, ...), it is advisable to photograph the packaging before opening. This activity is required for any reimbursement procedures to be carried out with the courier.

Attention: placing a generic reservation or a reservation without adequate justification results in the NON-acceptance of insurance coverage for damage. Once the courier's document is signed, the Customer cannot make any objections regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

If you have received a defective product or have not received it at all, you can write to info@jaywork.co and we will find a solution together. We cannot guarantee returns in the cases of limited sold-out editions.
